Located in Burlington Ontario, Cougar shoes has been making footwear for the Canadian market for over 70 years. As a family business and humble beginnings they have refined their craft making exceptional footwear over decades.  They have grown into a Canadian and global footwear staple where four-season-function meets fashion. 

WE LOVE THEM BECAUSE they believe how they innovate and make design choices is an on-going journey.  are a family run, Canadian business on a path to smart design choices with the environment in mind - creating quality footwear with less waste and sustainable recycled materials. They have eliminated all plastic and inner paper packaging. Many of their boot styles now use PrimaLoft® insulation. PrimaLoft is a permanently water-resistant material made from 100% post-consumer recycled material.  And their newly made Spain leather sandals are handmade with nappa and hand-burnished leather.  This leather is crafted with vegetable tanning - a process with near zero environmental impact.
